(the user guide says this: This mode is designed to boil water 0. 4 l to 2l of water in a saucepan). I turn on the device, I press the mode key to boil and I wait. To move from one temperature to another it is necessary (as with the plates at a low cost) press repeatedly on the more or the less. On a plate like the one above, a keyboard would have been much more appropriate.
